Etiology
- Drugs: opioids, TCAs, cytotoxic agents, antibiotics, anticholinergics
- Metabolic disorders: hypercalcaemia, renal failure
- Gastric stasis:
- Secondary to drugs (e.g. TCAs, opiates)
- ascites, hepatomegaly, gastritis, PUDs
- Vestibular symptoms: associated with opiates and cerebral metastasis
- Anxiety
