Cluster headache: severe unilateral headache with autonomic features
Prevalence
Episodic: 85-90% – attacks occur in periods lasting seven days to one year and are separated pain-free periods of three months
Chronic: 10-15% – attacks occur for one year or longer with a period of remission lasting less than three months
