- Impaired consciousness
- Seizures

- photophobia
o SOL/Benign ICH - Papilledema
- Stroke, TIA, SOL, Malignancy, CNS infections, Subdural hematoma
- Focal neurology
o TIA/Stroke - Atypical auras: double vision, motor weakness, impaired balance, >60 mins duration
- 1ST-time auras in people using COC pill
o Ischemic/Haemorrhagic stroker - Dizziness
o TCA/acute angle closure glaucoma - Visual disturbance
