- Red cheeks (unilateral or bilateral)
- Self-limiting in non-pregnant individuals
INVESTIGATIONS & DIAGNOSIS
Children:
- Clinical diagnosis
Pregnant/Immunocompromised:
- High titre viral DNA
- FBC with reticulocyte count
- Rubella serology (in pregnancy)
