Assessment is critical for:
- Those presenting with falls
- Multiple/recurrent falls
- Multiple risk factors present
Assessment tools:
- Timed Up and test (>12-15 seconds indicates poor result)
- 180-degree turn test (>4 steps indicate poor result)
