Investigations & Diagnosis Gcs Assessment:

• Eyes (1-4): 4=fully reactive, 3=speech response, 2=pressure response, 1=no response
• Verbal (1-5): 5=orientated, 4=confused/disoriented, 3=inappropriate words,
  2=incomprehensible sounds, 1=none
• Motor (1-6): 6=obeys commands, 5=localises stimuli, 4=withdraws from pain,
  3=abnormal flexion, 2=abnormal extension, 1=no response
