Ottawa Rules for imaging: Ankle:
- Malleolar pain plus:
- Unable to do 4 steps post-injury/during consultation
- Bony tenderness along the 6cm edge of: medial (tibia) or lateral (fibula) malleolus
Foot:
- Midfoot pain plus:
- Unable to do 4 steps post-injury/during consultation
- Tenderness: base of 5th metatarsal +/- navicular bone
Wrist:
- Pain and tenderness in the scaphoid region
