Knee specific:
• Bilateral and symmetrical
• Giving way sensation
• Locking/popping
• Varus/valgus malalignment
Hip specific:
• Trendelenburg gait
Hand-specific:
• Heberden’s nodes (DIP joints)
• Bouchard’s nodes (PIP joints)
• Affects the CMC joint of the thumb
• Thenar muscle atrophy
• Decreased grip/pinch strength
