• 2-week cancer referral:
  • Age >55 with postmenopausal bleeding >12 months
  • Also, consider referral for age <55 with postmenopausal bleeding
• Ultrasound indications (age >55):
  • Unexplained vaginal discharge who are presenting with these symptoms for the 1^{st
    time}
    
  • First-time symptom presentation
  • Thrombocytosis
  • Reported haematuria
  • Visible haematuria with low Hb/thrombocytosis/high blood glucose
