- Refer if:
- The prostate feels malignant on DRE (Digital Rectal Exam)
- PSA is above the age-specific range
- Consider PSA + DRE in men with:
- Any LUTS (Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms) like nocturia, urgency or hesitancy
- Erectile dysfunction
- Visible haematuria
