- Incidence: 7,000 cases yearly; 5-year survival is 20%.
- 2-week Cancer Pathway if upper abdominal mass is consistent with stomach
- Direct OGD (2-week) for:
- Dysphagia
- >55 with weight loss +/- upper abdominal pain, reflux, Dyspepsia
- Non-urgent OGD for Haematemesis
