- If ESR/Plasma viscosity ↑ & Presentation consistent w/ Myeloma (Offer urgent
- w/ persistent bone pain (especially back pain) or unexplained fracture → FBC,Ca, ESR/Plasma viscosity
- <48hrs) Protein electrophoresis + Bence-Jones (BJ) protein urine test
- 2-week referral: If protein electrophoresis & BJ protein urine test suggest Myeloma
