Conservative measures: – Leg elevation
- Weight reduction
- Regular exercise
- Healthy diet
- Emollient use
- Topical steroids if itchy
- Antibiotics if infected

Primary care treatments are ineffective for skin management
Contact dermatitis present
PROGNOSIS
Risk of progression to lymphoedema if untreated
