- Orbital cellulitis: red, warm, swollen, tender with ocular changes – same-day assessment
- Eyelid cancer: distorted margins, lash loss, ulceration – 2-week wait
- Sebaceous gland tumours: recurrent lesions, especially in the elderly – 2-week wait
