- Atypical UTI features: serious illness, poor urine flow, non-E. Coli bacteria, sepsis, raised creatinine, poor antibiotic response after 30 hours
- Recurrent UTI definition: 2 lower + 1 upper UTI or ≥3 lower/upper UTIs
- Conservative measures: plenty of fluids, wipe front to back, don’t delay urination, not to wear occlusive underwear
