- Lack of secondary sexual characteristics (primary) Differentials:
- Turner syndrome: shield chest, scoliosis, web neck, widely spaced nipples, short stature
- PCOS: hirsutism, acne
- Cushing’s: buffalo hump, striae, moon face, easy bruising, hypertension o Androgen secreting tumour: symptoms of virilisation o Hyperprolactinemia: changes in libido, galactorrhoea.
