General:
- Fever
- Fatigue
- Weight loss
- Night sweats
- Anorexia
- Malaise
Pulmonary:
- Productive cough
- Haemoptysis
- Dyspnoea
Site-specific:
- Lymph nodes: cervical, painless, rubbery enlargement
- Skeletal: Lumbar/thoracic back pain
- GU: frequency, dysuria, haematuria, sterile pyuria
- GI: abdominal/pelvic pain
- CNS: headaches, vomiting, confusion, focal neurological signs
- Skin: erythema nodosum, lupus vulgaris
- Cardiac: chest pain, ankle swelling
