- Multi-system involvement
- Non-respiratory manifestations: erythema nodosum, lupus pernio, uveitis, arthralgia
- Löfgren syndrome: polyarthralgia, fever, erythema nodosum, bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy
- Dyspnoea
- Dry cough
- Fine respiratory crackles
- Systemic features: fever, rashes, skin changes, eye changes
- Low oxygen saturation
- Hepatosplenomegaly
