Contraindications
SSRIs:
• Recent MAOI use
• Manic phase bipolar
• Uncontrolled epilepsy
• Prolonged QT (especially citalopram and escitalopram)
• Severe hepatic impairment (sertraline)
SNRIs:
• eGFR <30 (duloxetine)
• Hepatic impairment (duloxetine)
• Uncontrolled hypertension
TCAs:
• Acute porphyria
• Heart block, Arrhythmias, Recent MI
• Mania/bipolar
