Other Causes

• Torsion of Testicular Appendage:
o Benign, self-limiting condition.
o Blue dot sign on scrotal examination.
• Inguinal Hernia:
o Indirect hernia extending into the scrotum.
o Often reducible with manual pressure.
• Epididymal Cyst/Spermatocele:
o Benign & small
o Not painful & Bilateral
• Mumps Orchitis:
o Associated with parotid gland swelling
