Symptoms: Acute pain, peaks in adolescence (13-16 years), associated with nausea/vomiting.
• Timing: Emergency requires immediate intervention.
• Cause: Twisting of the spermatic cord, cutting off the blood supply.
• Negative Cremasteric & phrens reflexes
